"The front desk service was very pleasant and professional. Although I understand the facility is under renovation, i would be better to make sure rooms are functional. The shower was warm at best and did not drain so you had to stand in water. I let the front desk know and they informed me that maintenance would be notified. My stay was short so I do not know if any resolution was made. "

"My room was on the parking lot side of the resort. I recommend spending extra $ and getting a room on the ocean side - the rooms are larger, cleaner and quieter. Plus, you don't have to walk as far to go to the pool, restaurant/bar, etc. I loved the outdoor firepits and relaxing atmosphere. "

"Great location on the island. Right on the beach. A restaurant, bar, pools and a hot tub right out the back facing the ocean, beautiful. "

"Had a fantastic time at this resort. The balcony suite overlooking the water was extravagant, and the room was clean and tidy the restaurant inside the resort had decent food that was very convenient. Pool area was kept nice and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide selection and was good. my favorite thing that we utilized was the free bike rental that we used to traverse the island. Would recommend, and will rebook in the future."

"Beautiful hotel with a few blemishes here and there that could use some touch ups. Staff is amazing!!! Area very quiet day and night. Nice bike\walking path that leads to Village Plaza with some quaint shops and local restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable"

"Beautiful grounds and so incredibly peaceful. I loved sitting on the swing and listening to the ocean. Walking path and easy access to beach. Amazing stars at night! Staff texted me to tell me room was available early and checked on us throughout stay and were very helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Only request would be to add a shelf in the shower as there is no tub. Have to place soap and shampoo on the floor. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. We would stay again. "

"The BIG surprise was in check in. I was expecting to pay $46 resort fee and it ended up being $61. They have a few more fees than last time, which was $38. This was a total surprise. The stay was nice, however the toilet was not bolted to the floor on both sides. It moved constantly. The floors seemed dirty."
